For the past Thirteen years Capital Automation has prided itself thru an agreement with Bodine Assembly And Test Systems as a certified re-builder of their complete line of dial drilling and tapping machines.

These machines original primary function was drilling and tapping with operator intervention. Capital Automation with its innovative engineering and experience has met many customer demands by completely automating these "Robust Work Horses". Each machine design is tailored to the customers specific needs and requirements.
 

As of October 09, 2007 Capital Automation has acquired all Rights, Ownership, and Inventory for the entire Bodine Dial Machine Business. Capital Automation is now the only Company capable of building or rebuilding these machines to OEM specifications.
 

Pictured in the Photo Gallery you can see these machines have been outfitted with a fully automated system, with part inspections for each step of the assembly process. A state of the art control system continually monitors the process allowing for sorting of reject assemblies.

An operator pendant box boasts all machine diagnostics by alerting the operator in the customers preferred language, with a selector to translate back to English.
